Job summary

The Terraces at Westminster is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for a full-time role. The position supports licensed staff in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm, home-like setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining clean rooms, and ensuring residents' safety and comfort. Maryland CNA certification is required, with daily pay option and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Maryland CNA certification/license required.

• Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within the resident's reach.
• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.
• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance their daily living experience.

Education

3pm-11pm, 11pm - 7am Full-Time

Every Other Weekend Required

$17 - $19 / hour (all inclusive)
