Job summary

The Terraces at Westminster is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our 54-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. The role supports licensed staff, helps residents with daily living activities, and maintains a safe, comfortable environment in line with our care standards.

This full-time evening shift offers competitive pay of $17–$19 per hour, every other weekend, and benefits including daily pay, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) with

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maryland CNA certification/license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed and certified staff in providing quality resident care and support.
• Make beds and maintain tidy, organized resident rooms.
• Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within resident reach.
• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.
• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance their daily living experience.

Education

Full-Time Opportunity:

3pm-11pm, 11pm - 7am Full-Time

Every Other Weekend Required

$17 - $19 / hour (all inclusive)
