Job summary

Colony Court Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide compassionate daily living support in a warm senior living environment. Duties include bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and medication assistance, with attention to residents' safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include monitoring health changes, documenting vitals, promoting independence, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Active MN CNA or completion of agency training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with older adults preferred.

• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or medical conditions, including documenting vital signs and services provided
• Promote client independence, dignity, and quality of life through companionship, social engagement, and individualized care support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by following infection control, safety procedures, and completing light housekeeping duties
• Collaborate with the care team by assisting co-workers, completing delegated nursing or therapy tasks, attending required trainings, and following agency policies and care plans
• What You’ll Need:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Good standing, active MN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or successful completion of agency-provided training
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with older adults preferred
