Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Whiteville, NC is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Whiteville, NC to provide one-on-one home care. You will support daily living activities, assist with medications reminders, and help create a safe, clean home environment for clients who may be like family.

Flexible schedules available across weekdays and weekends. Pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour with part-time, full-time or PRN options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Six months of accumulated experience in a similar job classification.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists, performs and trains client and family in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, eating and adequate nutritional intake.
• Assists in medication reminding.
• Promotes and maintains a clean, safe, healthy, and therapeutic client environment.

Education

Personal Care Assistant Schedules:

• Monday through Friday


• Saturday and Sunday


• Part Time/Full Time/PRN positions available!


• Flexible Schedule!

Personal Care Assistant Pay:

• $16 - $17 hourly

Personal Care Assistant Requirements:

• Must be 18 years ofage


• Six (6) months of accumulated experience in a similar job classification, similar life experience
