Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a PCA to join our Eagle, Idaho community. You will provide resident care that promotes independence and dignity, assisting with ADLs and daily tasks with a caring approach.

Offers hourly pay of $17.50–$20.25, plus training, early access to earned wages, paid time off from day 1, full health/vision/dental with an HSA, and a 401K with employer contributions. On-site, casual, all-shifts positions available.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• Willingness to train new employees.
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal cares such as dressing, assisting with showers and baths, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions
• Document cares appropriately
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
