Available Shifts:7:00 AM – 3:15 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

Position Summary

We are looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support seniors in their homes or in our senior living house. As a PCA with McCutcheon Care, you’ll help clients maintain independence and dignity while assisting with daily activities and providing meaningful companionship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals and help with feeding if necessary
• Provide medication reminders
• Support mobility and help prevent falls
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying)
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervisors
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain documentation as required
  

Qualifications

• PCA, CNA, or HHA certification (or equivalent experience)
• A kind and patient personality with a genuine passion for caregiving
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check and reference screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work as part of a team and accept feedback
