Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide one-to-one support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help recipients achieve personal goals in the community.

We offer full and part-time positions with a flexible schedule and a focus on compassionate, reliable care by trained professionals. Training is provided, and the interview process is conducted virtually.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Bring Recipients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Personal Care Assistant to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
