Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire is seeking caregivers for one-on-one client support in Cheshire, CT. The role focuses on compassionate assistance beyond basic tasks, including light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.

Qualifications

• Access to transportation to travel to 3-4 hour shifts in towns outside Cheshire; Driver's license and car strongly preferred.
• Drive to help clients with daily activities and be reliable for every scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one interaction with clients beyond basic tasks.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional communication with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Provide transportation to outings and appointments when needed.
• Ensure punctuality and consistently cover shifts.
