Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire in Connecticut seeks compassionate Caregivers for immediate Saturday-Sunday shifts in Oxford (8:30 AM–12:00 PM). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to nearby towns are required.

Qualifications

• Access to transportation to travel to shifts in towns outside Oxford, not on bus lines.
• Own a driver's license and car strongly preferred.
• Reliable, dependable and able to provide one-on-one assistance.

Responsabilités

• Provide one on one interaction with clients beyond physical tasks.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, families and coworkers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts.
• Provide transportation to outings and appointments for clients.
