Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire is seeking caring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support in Cheshire and surrounding towns, with a Monday–Friday 7:00–10:00 AM assignment. We value compassion, reliability and a willingness to connect with clients who need daily assistance.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and safe transportation for outings. You will build trust with clients, their families and coworkers, while staying punctual and

• Access to transportation to travel to 3-4 hour shifts in towns outside Cheshire not on bus lines (Driver's license and car strongly preferred).
• Have a drive to want to help and connect with others who need your assistance with daily activities.
• Be dependable to be there for one on one assistance for clients counting on you for every scheduled shift.
