Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in the Cheshire/Hamden/New Haven area. You will provide one-on-one care, assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders.

Reliability and punctuality are essential as you connect with clients and families, with shifts typically 3–4 hours and some travel to nearby towns. Driver's license and car preferred for outings and appointments.

Qualifications

• Access to transportation to travel to 3-4 hour shifts in towns outside New Haven.
• Driver's license and car strongly preferred.
• Drive to help and connect with clients needing daily assistance.
• Be dependable for one-on-one client care on every scheduled shift.

Responsabilités

Caregiver Requirements:

• Access to transportation to travel to 3-4 hour shifts in towns outside New Haven, not on bus lines (Driver's license and car strongly preferred).

• Have a drive to want to help and connect with others who need your assistance with daily activities.

• Be dependable to be there for one on one assistance for clients counting on you for every scheduled shift.

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire, you will:

• Provide one on one interaction with clients beyond physical tasks that need to be performed

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

• Provide transportation to outings and appointments for clients who can no longer transport themselves

Our primary areas of service are:

• Cheshire, Hamden, New Haven, North Haven, Oxford, Woodbridge, Bethany and Beacon Falls

Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire offers:

• Pay range $17.50 to $19.00 per hour plus short shift bonus
