Chosen Village is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our in-person care team in Texas. You will help clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and monitor health while supporting their overall well-being.

We value compassionate care, clear communication, and the ability to work with individuals with disabilities. Background checks and training are required, and prior caregiving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus.
• Basic cooking skills and meal planning knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.
• Support clients with memory care activities and cognitive engagement.
