Chosen Village Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Texas. You will help clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and monitor health while following prescribed medication routines.

The role emphasizes safety, nutritional meal prep, and supportive memory care activities, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules in an in-person environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus.
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation guidelines.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.
• Support clients with memory care activities and cognitive engagement.
