Chosen Village is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support clients in their daily activities at home across Texas. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, medications administration, mobility, and transportation as needed.

This in-person role requires strong communication, patience, and the ability to work with individuals with disabilities. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and you will undergo background checks and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus.
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation guidelines.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health.
