Job summary

Executive Home Care seeks a dedicated caregiver to provide essential personal care to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility support, medication reminders, meal planning, and gentle companionship, contributing to a comfortable, safer home environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PCA/CNA certificate preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
• Current TB skin test required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication reminders and support with medication routines.
• Meal planning and preparation following dietary requirements.
• Monitor nutrition, hydration, and overall health.
• Provide companionship and social interaction; accompany clients to appointments.
• Observe changes in health and document observations for the care team.
