Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a Personal Care Assistant + Certified Medication Aide (PCA + CMA) for a full-time overnight shift in Watertown, SD. You will provide resident care and administer medications according to each resident's care plan.

Edgewood offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for overnight shifts, early paycheck access, paid time off from day one, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED, required.

• Willingness to train new employees.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to each resident's care plan.
• Help with personal cares such as dressing, assisting with showers and baths, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions.
• Document cares appropriately.
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies.
