Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Mitchell, SD is seeking a compassionate CNA + CMA to provide resident care and support independence in a 59-bed assisted living community.

You will administer medications per care plan, assist with ADLs, document care, and uphold HIPAA; employment contingent on background check; benefits include PTO, 401K, and paycheck-advance options.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license is required.
• Prior caregiving experience is desirable.
• Willingness to train new employees.
• Desire to continue learning and improving skills.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to each resident's care plan.
• Assist with personal cares such as dressing, showers, and ADLs.
• Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions.
