Job summary

Insight Global is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs across Chester County, PA. These roles involve working Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with immediate openings through the end of the school year and potential renewals.

Ideal candidates have experience with children, caregiving, or special education, and an active RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in education, caregiving, or disability support is preferred.
• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Experience working with children, caregiving, education, behavioral health, special education, or disability support is preferred
• Active RBT Certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience supporting individuals with autism, behavioral needs, or developmental disabilities preferred
