Job description

Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students in school settings near Chester, PA. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), youll play a vital role in the educational journey of students with autism and behavioral challenges. We have five full-time openings (35 hours per week) starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 10, 2027.

Positions are available at both elementary and middle school levels:

• Chester Upland School of Arts: Three openings supporting an Autistic Support classroom (K-2). Candidates must be adaptable to changing classroom needs.
• Toby Farms Middle School: Two positions (male RBTs only, per sites request).

Applicants must be comfortable working onsite, supporting SPED students, and handling diverse behavioral needs. District supervision may not be available for all positionscandidates must be able to maintain their RBT certification independently.
