Job summary

SVNA Home Assistance in Great Barrington, MA is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. You will provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes or facilities, helping with daily living activities and promoting comfort.

We offer ongoing training and flexible scheduling with shifts from a few hours to longer daytime or weekend options, plus additional PTO and health insurance if qualifications are met, ensuring support for you as you support

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes or facilities
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals, manage medication, and perform light housekeeping tasks
• Engage in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation, such as games, puzzles, or conversation
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure seamless care

We provide caregivers to our clients' homes or within any facility in the Great Barrington, Massachusetts area, to make our clients' day-to-day lives easier. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team of caregivers who pride themselves on matching personalities to meet the unique needs of our clients.
