Homewatch CareGivers of New Haven and the Shoreline is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide in-home support and companionship. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and help promote independence and well-being.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide support and assistance to individuals in their homes and communities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, companionship, community outings, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and promoting independence and well-being.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.


• Must provide proof of a negative PPD/TB test completed within the past 24 months.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Previous caregiving or direct support experience is a plus but not required.
