Job summary

hcaoa-careers is hiring experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in their homes. You will help with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping, delivering compassionate care in a home-based setting.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months of PCA/CNA experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check. Flexible hours include days and evenings, with opportunities for advancement and performance bonuses.

Seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. As a PCA, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities, personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA or CNA
• Previous experience in clients homes or senior communities(non family).
• Valid driver’s license and owned vehicle

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Days and evenings only
