Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Richmond/Glen Allen seeks experienced Personal Care Assistants to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping to help clients stay independent.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay from $18 to $23 per hour, paid time off, holiday pay, and benefits after 90 days. Must have 6 months PCA/CNA, valid license, pass background check, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of PCA/CNA experience.
• Experience in clients\' homes or senior communities (non-family).
• Valid driver\'s license and owned vehicle.
• Must pass a national background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Days and evenings only.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
