Job summary

Traditional Home Care is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHA) in PA to provide one-on-one, nonmedical care to clients. Flexible shifts and training are provided, with a focus on compassionate support.

Locations include Tunkhannock and Meshoppen, with Full-Time, Part-Time, evenings and weekend shifts available. EVV requirements apply and weekly pay is offered to staff who join the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or home health care preferred.
• Willingness to use mobile devices for EVV and visits.
• Reliable transportation or driving capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping.
• Respect privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Create a safe home environment for clients.

Pay Range: up to $16 per hour

Reliable transportation is required. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are strongly preferred but not required.

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, nonmedical care for our clients.

Job duties include:

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Companionship

• Light housekeeping and chores

• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality

• Assist in providing a safe environment for client

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
