Job summary

Traditional Home Health Care is seeking reliable Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, nonmedical care for clients in Blakeslee, PA and surrounding areas. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and training provided to new staff.

Job duties include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and EVV compliance. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required; reliable transportation is helpful for

Location: Blakeslee, PA; Pocono Lake, PA; Pocono Summit, PA

Shift: Full-Time, Part-Time, Evenings and Weekend shifts available! NOW HIRING: Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHA)

Pay Range: up to $16 per hour

Reliable transportation is required. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are strongly preferred but not required.

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, nonmedical care for our clients.

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements: This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
