Job summary

Traditional Home Care in East Stroudsburg, PA is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for our clients in East Stroudsburg, Stroudsburg, Pocono Lake and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible schedules including weekdays and weekends, full-time and part-time options, paid training, weekly pay with direct deposit, holiday pay, and benefits. A reliable car and EVV/device use are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-medical home care or caregiver roles is preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing) while maintaining privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship to clients.
• Light housekeeping and chores in the client’s home.

Job duties include: (experience required)

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes
• Taking clients for community outings and activities

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirement
