Job summary

Traditional Home Health Care is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHA) in Starrucca and Starlight, PA. Position offers full-time/part-time shifts, evenings and weekends with a pay range up to $16 per hour. Training provided.

EVV/compliance required with mobile devices and internet access. Applicants should have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as PCA/DCW/HHA preferred.
• Comfort with nonmedical home care tasks.
• Must be reliable with transportation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping and chores as needed.
• Respect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Help create a safe home environment for clients.

NOW HIRING: Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHA)

Pay Range: up to $16 per hour

Reliable transportation is required. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are strongly preferred but not required.

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, nonmedical care for our clients.

Job duties include:

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
