Job summary

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned home care agency, is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHA) to serve Starrucca and Starlight, PA. Roles include full-time or part-time shifts, with evenings and weekends available.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and maintaining client privacy. EVV-enabled workflow and mobile device usage are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Compassionate and reliable with clients.

Salary

Pay Range: up to $16 per hour

Transportation

Reliable transportation is required. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are strongly preferred but not required.

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements. #TRD
