Job summary

Traditional Home Care in Shenandoah, PA is hiring for Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers (CG) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients' homes in Shenandoah, Ringtown and surrounding areas.

Shifts include weekday, weekend, full-time and part-time schedules. Must have reliable transportation; weekly pay and training are provided, with paid time off and holiday pay available.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for our clients.

Job duties include

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
