Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/Caregiver in St. Augustine, FL to help seniors live safely and happily at home. This part-time role offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

You will assist with activities of daily living, provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation and companionship, and support clients with dignity. Required CNA/HHA certification or equivalent, CPR certification, a Florida driver’s license, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Six months healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid FL driver's license and transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
