Presbyterian SeniorCare Network's Westminster Place in Oakmont, PA is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for full-time, non-exempt roles with 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts. Earn $20.75 per hour in the Premium Program.

The PCA supports residents with ADLs, hygiene, meals, and mobility, delivering compassionate, person-centered care on a tree-lined campus. Join our award-winning team and help residents maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire.
• Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing and toileting.
• Assist with meals and monitoring intake.
• Accompany residents to activities and transfers to promote continuity of care.

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and toileting, to ensure good hygiene, grooming and self-esteem, serves meals or monitors eating/drinking, accompanies residents to various activities, assists with admission, discharges and transfers of residents to promote continuity of care.
