Job summary

Butterfly Home Care in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to deliver compassionate, in-home support to clients with disabilities and aging adults. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, help with medication management, and help maintain a safe home environment.

You will build trusted relationships with clients and families, document care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
• PCA Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license (if applicable).
