CareBuilders at Home in Beaver Falls, PA, is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist clients with daily activities and personal tasks in the home.

You will help with bathing, feeding, grooming, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments, while maintaining safety and dignity. We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), weekly pay, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies and procedures
• Proven work experience as a personal care aide
• Training in personal care aide duties is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming and medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, and changing bed linens
• Transporting and accompanying clients to doctors office or to hospital
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment
• Plan and prepare meals
