SYNERGY HomeCare of Westchester seeks compassionate Personal Care Aides to support clients in-home across Yonkers and surrounding areas. We offer PT/FT shifts with base pay $19.10/hour and up to $22/hour based on skill and assignment, including travel considerations.

We provide weekly pay, paid sick time, direct deposit, and a flexible schedule with a team-oriented culture that recognizes dedication and professionalism. Training and career development are strong focus areas to empower caregivers.

Qualifications

• Provide clients with ADLs as directed, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Assist with mobility devices.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• If requested, help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.
• Work with the Synergy team to ensure clients are properly cared for.

We are looking for an PCA or Caregiver who can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends.

Qualifications & Requirements: UPON OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Upon offer and acceptance of employment as required under New York industry-specific law; the Offer of Employment will be contingent on the following:

• Successful completion of a thorough background screening;

• Successful completion of a drug screening;

• Successful completion of 2 professional references;

• A medical physical was completed within the past 10 months with clearance for habituation.

• Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test within the last year

• Home Health Care Certification(s).
