SYNERGY HomeCare seeks compassionate HHA/PCA to support clients in Westchester, Mt. Vernon, White Plains, Yonkers and nearby areas. Employment can be PT or FT with weekday and/or weekend shifts.

Drivers preferred; base pay is $20/hour with pay up to $25/hour depending on skill/assignment/driver, with weekly pay and benefits. Qualifications

• Background screening completed successfully.
• Drug screening completed successfully.
• Two professional references provided.
• A medical physical completed within past 10 months with clearance.
• Evidence of a negative TB test within the last year.
• Home Health Care Certification(s) obtained.

Responsabilités

• Provide ADLs as directed: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Assist with mobility devices and medication reminders.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping if requested.
• Adhere to office policies and ensure client care quality with the Synergy team.

We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency. We have clients needing care in the following areas Mt. Vernon, White Plains, Yonkers, Eastchester, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Lower Westchester.

We are looking for an HHA or Caregiver that can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends.

• BASE PAY $20/HOUR WITH PAY UP TO $25/HOUR DEPENDING ON SKILL/ASSIGNMENT/DRIVER

As an HHA/PCA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide clients with ADL's as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Assist with mobility devices
• Assist with medication reminders
• If requested, help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration
• Work with Synergy team to make sure your clients are properly cared for

Qualifications & Requirements

UPON OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Upon offer and acceptance of employment as required under New York industry specific law; the Offer of Employment will be contingent on the following:

• Successful completion of a thorough background screening;
• Successful completion of a drug screening;
• Successful completion of 2 professional references;
• A medical physical completed within the past 10 months with clearance for habituation.
• Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test within the last year
• Home Health Care Certification(s).
