SYNERGY HomeCare of Westchester is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to support clients at home in Westchester County, including Yonkers and surrounding areas. Part-time or full-time positions available with weekday and weekend shifts.

Earn base pay up to $22/hour depending on skill and assignment, with weekly pay and driver considerations. Benefits include paid sick time, direct deposit, overtime pay, and a variety of health, dental, and vision insurance options.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a thorough background screening.
• Successful completion of a drug screening.
• Successful completion of 2 professional references.
• A medical physical completed within the past 10 months with clearance for habituation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with ADLs as directed, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Assist with mobility devices.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• If requested, help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.
• Work with the Synergy team to ensure clients are properly cared for.

We are looking for an PCA or Caregiver who can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends.

• BASE PAY $19.10/HOUR WITH PAY UPTO $22/HOUR DEPENDING ON SKILL/ASSIGNMENT/DRIVER
