Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to provide in-home care and support for clients in their own homes.

The role offers flexible scheduling, PRN and part-time opportunities, and the potential for additional hours, with pay of $20.00 per hour and weekly payroll. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship to help clients maintain independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a comparable care aide job.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Two professional references.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Current CPR certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Assisting with shopping and everyday activities.
• Supporting clients’ comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Scheduling Requirement: Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday is required.

What Does a Personal Care Aide Do?

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Duties may include:
