Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Experience in personal care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and other daily needs.
• Provide compassionate assistance while promoting independence.
• Observe residents and report changes promptly to the team.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Monitor supply levels and notify team when additional supplies are needed.
• Provide companionship and positive interaction with residents.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, infection prevention, and care standards.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Personal Care Aide Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide hands-onassistance and support to residents while promoting their independence,dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assistresidents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing,dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assistresidents with mobility, transfers, and other daily needs as appropriate.
• Providecompassionate assistance while encouraging residents to maintain as muchindependence as possible.
• Observeresidents and promptly report changes in physical, emotional, orpsychosocial condition to the appropriate team member.
• Respondto resident requests for assistance in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assistwith maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
• Monitorresident care supplies and notify appropriate team members when additionalsupplies are needed.
• Providecompanionship and interact positively with residents throughout the day.
• Communicateprofessionally and respectfully with residents, families, visitors, andcoworkers.
• Followall facility policies, safety procedures, infection prevention practices,and resident care standards.
• Workindependently while contributing to a positive and collaborative teamenvironment.
• Performadditional resident care duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Previouspersonal care, assisted living, senior living, home care, or healthcareexperience preferred, but not required.
• CPRand First Aid certification required.
• Compassionateand patient with a genuine interest in working with older adults.
• Dependableand committed to providing consistent, high-quality resident care.
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Abilityto work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Abilityto maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and resident dignity at alltimes.
