Interim HealthCare is seeking Personal Care Aides to help seniors live safely at home in Madison, WI. Earn $20 per hour with 1:1 aide-to-client ratios and flexible scheduling, plus online training and CEUs.

You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while ensuring a safe home environment and reporting any concerns to a supervisor. Licensed CNAs or HHAs are preferred when state law requires it, and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• Six months of experience in a healthcare role (preferred).
• CNA License or HHA Certificate (if applicable to state law).
• CPR certification is required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support to seniors living at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition for supervisor.
• Create a safe home environment and engage clients in activities for joy.
