Interim HealthCare of Western Wisconsin in Eau Claire, WI is seeking Personal Care Aides to help seniors live safely at home. You’ll assist with bathing, dressing, meals and companionship, while supporting independence and comfort.Benefits include $19.00-$22.00/hour, set your own schedule, online training with CEUs, and Rasmussen University tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in WI preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Covid-19 vaccination card required.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, shopping and transportation.
• Assist ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders; document condition and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Create a safe home environment and engage clients in activities for joy.
