Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist patients with baths, showers, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Accurately document and chart patient care.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
• Assist in patient evacuation when needed.
• Maintain dependable attendance and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform physical tasks as required (standing, walking, bending, lifting).
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
