Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Sparta, Tennessee. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, under Life Care standards and regulations.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from a State-approved CNA program, and an active CNA license in good standing. CPR certification is preferred and may be required upon hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards and regulations.
• Deliver direct care: bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Make independent decisions when warranted.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.
