Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Athens, TN is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to patients and deliver direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, in accordance with Life Care standards.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, you will support patient comfort and safety, communicate effectively with colleagues, and maintain licensure and CPR certification as required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in the state; must remain in good standing.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; keep current during employment.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct patient care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.
