Interim HealthCare is seeking Personal Care Aides to provide in-home care for seniors in Wisconsin. Earn $19–$22/hour with 1:1 client ratios. Set your own schedule, build skills through online training and earn CEUs, and pursue tuition discounts through Rasmussen University.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe home environment while offering companionship and support.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transferring and range of motion.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition, notifying supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities to promote joy and well-being.
