Job summary

Elara Caring in Springfield, MO is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home care. Earn $15.00–$17.50/hr with a $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours worked and 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
