Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in their homes. Earn $15.25–$17.75 per hour with the added incentive of a $250 sign-on bonus after milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.

Earn $250 after completing 150 hours worked and 90 days of employment. Bonus payments are contingent upon meeting performance and employment requirements and are paid following 90 days of active employment.
