Elara Caring in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home. The role focuses on personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and companionship to improve quality of life.

Earn $15.00–$17.50 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after meeting hours and tenure. Daily pay available and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals (professional or personal)
• Ability to lift, stand, bend and assist clients up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments

Earn $250 after completing 150 hours worked and 90 days of employment. Bonus payments are contingent upon meeting performance and employment requirements and are paid following 90 days of active employment.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$17.50

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
