Job summary

Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support residents in Shenandoah, PA. No prior experience is required; facility training for medication administration is provided.

This part-time role offers 10pm–6am shifts and every other weekend plus holidays. You will assist with ADLs, help during meals, administer non-self-care medications after training, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans to preserve residents'

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care.
• Previous experience is not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following facility-provided training.
• Assist and support residents during mealtimes.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and promote their dignity and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.

Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team.

No prior experience is necessary—facility training for medication administration is provided.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• 10pm-6am
• Every Other Weekend and Holiday Required

Pay Rate

• $14.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Shift Differential available

About the Role
