Job summary

Premier Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Resident Aide to assist residents with daily living activities in our Ohio communities. Positions available: full-time and part-time; non-exempt status; training provided.

You will support bathing, dressing, meal assistance, and mobility, while observing residents' conditions and reporting changes. Flexible scheduling, benefits, and growth opportunities within a senior living environment are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation.
• Must meet health requirements including TB and immunizations.
• Willingness to pass background check and random drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Observe residents’ conditions and report any changes to supervisor.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist residents with walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed.
• Prepare, serve, and collect meal trays.
• Clean rooms and change linens.
• Deliver messages or documents to residents or staff.
• Answer phones and direct visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Position Summary

The Personal Care Aide (PCA) is responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living to assigned residents in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as our community’s established policies and procedures.

• Assist residents with all activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Observe residents’ conditions, and report changes to supervisor.
• Answer residents’ call lights in a timely fashion.

• Adhere to confidentiality policy regarding information concerning residents and employ
