Job summary

Cardinal Senior Living LLC/Hillside Senior Living is seeking Personal Care Aides to assist residents at Hillside Senior Living in Montoursville, PA. Positions include Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN; duties cover personal care and daily activities for residents and require compassionate, patient individuals.

Weekly pay, PTO, 401K with company match, voluntary benefits and holiday pay are offered. Shift options include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, with every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a personal care assistant is preferred.
• Must be health and safety conscious.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive and compassionate attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry.
• Provide transportation to and from the dining room.

A personal care home in Montoursville, PA is seeking personal care assistants (PCA) to be part of enriching the daily lives of our residents. The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this position. If you’re a compassionate, and positive person who loves working with the elderly, then this is a job for you! Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Our personal care assistants (PCA) are responsible for assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry and transportation to/from the dining room.
